Trainings

Regular training for our partners forms the basis of a successful and profitable collaboration. Through our seminars, our partners experience an extensive know-how transfer and are then capable of dealing with First Level Support Maintenance Contract issues themselves. Our seminar program contains the following kinds of courses:

 
SeeTec 5 Combi-Seminar

• Consists of both the Network Camera seminar and the Basic seminar, which can also be booked individually
• Description: The participants experience an extensive know-how transfer and are then capable of dealing with First Level Support cases themselves. The Combi-Seminar consists of the Network camera and the SeeTec 5 Basic seminar.
• Target group: Engineers, service staff, IP video specialists, technical sales staff, administrators, project managers, pre-sales
• Duration: 2 days
• Maximum number of participants: 

SeeTec 5 Advanced Seminar

• Description: The ideal next step after the Basic or Combi-Seminar, in order to be able to set up complex projects and fulfil more advanced requirements using SeeTec software.
• Target group: Engineers, service staff, IP video specialists, technical sales staff, administrators, project managers, pre-sales
• Duration: 1 day
• Maximum number of participants: 6

 
SeeTec 5 Update Seminar

• Description: Individual workshop on Full IP Video Surveillance with SeeTec 5, where customers determine the focus and contents themselves Participants must have attended the Basic seminar first
• Target group: Engineers, service staff, IP video specialists, technical sales staff, administrators, project managers, pre-sales
• Duration: 1 day
• Maximum number of participants: 6
